My doctoral dissertation researches connections between fiction and belonging: basically, I am analyzing how narratives (from fiction literature, film, TV and video games) facilitate feelings of spacial and social belonging. My other research concentrates on literary and film-/TV/video game-inspired travel. I am also interested in transmedia narratives in general and narratives in RPG video games in particular.
