New Freeware: CATMA (Computer Aided Textual Markup and Analysis)

CATMA (Computer Aided Textual Markup and Analysis) is a new software with a focus on textual markup and analysis.

It is currently being developed at the University of Hamburg (project leader: Jan Christoph Meister, German language and literature studies) as a tool for literary scholars, students and other parties with an interest in literary research. CATMA 1.0 is a stable beta version and is available for download.
