My narratological research focuses on the intersections of narrative form, identity, and reader engagement, with particular attention to postmodern and contemporary British fiction. I am especially interested in how narrative voice, unreliability, and performativity shape representations of gender, trauma, and marginality, as well as how cognitive and postclassical narratologies illuminate the ethics of storytelling in literature and digital media.
